Welcome to Ariah Salon. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our salon services, website, and booking system. By using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Appointments & Bookings

  • Appointments can be made online, by phone, or in person.
  • Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment.
  • A confirmation email or SMS will be sent upon successful booking.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
  • Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee of up to 50% of the service cost.
  • Repeated no-shows may result in refusal of future bookings.

3. Payments

  • We accept payments via cash, card, UPI, or other methods as specified at the salon.
  • Full payment is required at the time of service unless otherwise agreed.
  • Prices may vary based on hair length, service time, or additional products used.

4. Refunds & Returns

  • Services are non-refundable once rendered.
  • If you are not satisfied with the result, please notify us within 48 hours, and we will do our best to resolve it.
  • Products purchased may be exchanged only if unopened, unused, and returned within 7 days, with a valid receipt.

5. Health & Safety

  • Please inform our team of any allergies, medical conditions, or skin sensitivities before treatments.
  • Ariah Salon maintains strict hygiene and sanitation standards. Tools are sterilized after every use.

6. Children & Guests

  • For safety reasons, children under 12 must be supervised at all times.
  • We ask that guests not receiving services wait in designated areas.

7. Personal Belongings

  • While we take care to provide a secure environment, Ariah Salon is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
  • Please keep your valuables with you.

8. Right to Refuse Service

  • Ariah Salon reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for inappropriate behavior, intoxication, or health concerns that may risk others.

9. Changes to Terms

  • Ariah Salon may update these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our website.
